- Trip charge requires prior

- Recovery and Evacuation charges are included in your labor

- Typically included is the service manual and part details.
- Invoicing

- Service Authorization Ticket Number
- Model / Serial Number
- Notes regarding initial complaint, condition upon arrival, diagnostic, and action taken.
- Payments
- Payments by check or credit card, your
- Checks are printed weekly, on Friday.
