    Pinnacle Sales Group provides professional sales, logistics, warranty support and other marketing services for manufacturers of fine Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor Living products. We have partnered with a select group of innovative manufacturers to provide a comprehensive range of products, services, training and support to all levels of the Premium Luxury market.     1. Labor Rate:
    Pinnacle’s standard flat labor rate is $175.00; $350.00 for sealed systems.
    • Trip charge requires prior authorization.
    • We understand this rate varies throughout different parts of the Nation. Please obtain authorization if rate needs adjusted by calling us at: 844-477-4832
    • Recovery and Evacuation charges are included in your labor rate.

    • Non-warranty parts are available for purchase.
    • Warranty parts will ship at no cost, free freight. Typically warranty parts do not need returned, but call tags may be sent on occasion.

    4. Invoicing:

    • Service Authorization Ticket Number
    • Model / Serial Number
    • Notes regarding initial complaint, condition upon arrival, diagnostic, and action taken.
    5. Payments
    • Payments by check or credit card, your preference.
    • Checks are printed weekly, on Friday.
