    Pinnacle Sales Group provides professional sales, logistics, warranty support and other marketing services for manufacturers of fine Kitchen, Bath and Outdoor Living products. We have partnered with a select group of innovative manufacturers to provide a comprehensive range of products, services, training and support to all levels of the Premium Luxury market.

    Guidelines

    1. Pinnacle’s standard labor rate is $90.00 per
      • Trip charge requires prior
      • We understand this rate varies throughout different parts of the Nation.
        • Please obtain authorization if rate needs adjusted by calling us at: 844-477-4832.
    1. Repairs
      • If more than 2.0 hours is required, please obtain
      • Recovery and Evacuation charges are included in your labor

    • Non-warranty parts are available; freight will
    • Warranty parts will ship at no cost; free
      • Typically warranty parts do not need returned, if they do a call tag will be provided.

      • We will do our best to always provide details on the service authorization.
        • Typically included is the service manual and part details.
    1. Invoicing

    Please submitted via email: service@pinnaclesalesgroup.com Include:

    • Service Authorization Ticket Number
    • Model / Serial Number
    • Notes regarding initial complaint, condition upon arrival, diagnostic, and action taken.

      • Payments by check or credit card, your
      • Checks are printed weekly, on Friday.

    3. Certificate of Insurance
      • Must have active COI on file.
