We have partnered with a select group of innovative manufacturers to provide a comprehensive range of products, services, training and support to all levels of the Premium Luxury market.


    1. Pinnacle’s standard labor rate is $90.00 per
      • Trip charge requires prior
      • We understand this rate varies throughout different parts of the Nation.

    1. Repairs
      • If more than 2.0 hours is required, please obtain
      • Recovery and Evacuation charges are included in your labor

    Please submitted via email: Include:

    • Service Authorization Ticket Number
    • Model / Serial Number
    • Notes regarding initial complaint, condition upon arrival, diagnostic, and action taken.

      • Payments by check or credit card, your
      • Checks are printed weekly, on Friday.
